In this pivotal role, you will drive digital transformation, ensure operational excellence, and deliver impactful IT solutions.\nYour key responsibilities are:\nLead and support IT implementation projects (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) \nPlan, execute, and deliver high-quality project outcomes on time and within budget.\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues through proactive management.\nLead project teams fostering teamwork \nDevelop and execute stakeholder communication plans to ensure transparency and alignment.\nEnsure adherence to IT governance, standards, and compliance requirements.\nBe the IT partner of choice for our business customers by taking over technical consulting and ensuring best fit IT solutions\nOversee the operation, performance, and compliance of Engineering Applications, ensuring optimal availability and cost-efficiency.\nCoordinate with internal teams and external partners to manage application lifecycle and support.\nBuild strong relationships with internal IT departments and key user groups to co-create strategic solutions.\n University degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field\nSeveral years of experience in project management, with a focus on managing IT projects and collaborating with external service providers\nMany years in IT application operations and project delivery\nSolid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and tools\nExperience with Development is a strong advantage\nProven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including business, IT, legal, and external service providers, to ensure project success\nBusiness fluent in English (written and spoken)\nStrong communication skills, enabling the management of stakeholder expectations, negotiation with vendors, and conflict resolution across diverse teams\nSelf-motivated, solution-oriented, and capable of working in a multicultural, distributed team environment\nCustomer service-oriented mindset\nPassion for digital innovation and emerging technologies\nApplications from severely handicapped people are welcome.\n The well-being of our employees is important to us.
