In this role, you will be at the forefront of implementing and maintaining cutting-edge smart manufacturing technologies, driving our digital transformation initiatives.\nEnsure operations for all Smartfactory solutions such as the Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES, e.g. SAP DM), Manufacturing Service Bus (MSB), IoT Edge Technology, Maschine Data Acquisition and Recipe Management System\nOffer 2nd level support of business solutions in the area of Manufacturing IT Applications\nSupport/consult the central key user and the local key users in the plants for all Smartfactory solutions\nDrive active system monitoring\nCoordinate system upgrades and patches\nSupport the digital transformation of the business with digitalization solutions\nSupport the regional rollout of the Smartfactory solutions\nOvertake the responsibility to coordinate all infrastructure and other issue related activities\nImplement and refine IT best practices in the relevant areas: project management, portfolio management, service management\nFoster collaboration and cooperation with other teams and competence centers\nSupport to steer and control external providers to ensure optimal world-wide service provisioning\n Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field\n3+ years of experience in IT engineering or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment\nFamiliarity with manufacturing processes and Industry 4.0 concepts\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure\nKnowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) desirable - preferred SAP-DM\nKnowledge in ITSM such as incident, change and problem management\nBusiness-fluent English language skills written and spoken\nExcellent communication skills and structured work style\nEmbracing teamwork by supporting each other\nOpenness to international business trips (10-20%)\n What we offer:\nThe 13-th salary - Paid once a year, in December;\nMeal tickets - With a value of 40 Ron;\nPrivate Health Insurance - Health is the most important, so we offer you a medical subscription through Signal Iduna;\nReferral bonuses - We encourage colleagues to refer new candidates to us and, at the same time, to get the chance to receive a bonus;\nBookster - Feed your body and your mind.
