This role is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving production equipment to ensure safe, reliable plant operations.\nThis is not residential or commercial electrical work - this position supports heavy industrial manufacturing systems, controls, and production equipment.\nKey Responsibilities\nTroubleshoot and repair 480V / 3-phase electrical systems\nDiagnose and maintain PLC-controlled production equipment\nInstall, maintain, and troubleshoot VFDs, motor controls, and MCC systems\nInterpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings\nPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on Cure control systems, load cells and temperature sensors, boiler electrical systems, and motors and drives\nSupport electro-mechanical troubleshooting of production machinery\nMaintain plant lighting, power distribution, and alarm systems\nFabricate and modify electrical panels and controls as required\nCollaborate with mechanics and controls engineers to resolve equipment failures\nSupport plant safety standards including NFPA 70E compliance\n REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS:\nStrong troubleshooting ability in electrical and control systems\nExperience working with PLC-based equipment\nAbility to work both day shift and night shift\nMust be authorized to work in the U.S.\nDESIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS:\nAssociate Degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or related field\n3+ years of industrial electrical experience in a manufacturing environment\nExperience in continuous-process or heavy manufacturing\nFamiliarity with industrial automation systems\n Starting wage: $38.15/hr with opportunity for an additional $3/hr increase based on certification\n$1/hr Shift differential\n$3,000 Sign-On Bonus\nMust be able to
