We are looking for a new team member in Nyíregyháza, Hungary!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage industrialization projects for alternative materials and new production technologies for Rubber Metal Parts and Air Springs
  • Organize and set up new compounds at the local Compounding Center, including compound relocations in collaboration with Product and Process Industrialization
  • Conduct laboratory testing on alternate materials and compounds, evaluating and interpreting results to ensure compliance with product requirements
  • Support Purchasing, SCM, and Material Development in technical discussions regarding alternate raw materials and supplier implementation
  • Drive material savings, hazardous material phase-out, and cost improvement initiatives while maintaining product quality and customer focus
  • Facilitate technology transfer, knowledge sharing, and troubleshooting support between facilities
  • Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Engineer, Technician with relevant experience or correlated areas.
  • Experience in the implementation of technical products.
  • Experience with technical rubber products and application fields.
  • First experience in Project Management beneficial - Planning, Leading, Monitoring, Risk Management
  • English and Hungarian language knowledge is a must!
