Sa oko 20.000 zaposlenih (stanje mart 2026) na više od 60 lokacija širom sveta i prodajom od oko 6,0 milijardi evra u 2025. godini, globalni industrijski partner je aktivan u ključnim regionima Azije, Evrope i Severne i Južne Amerike.\n - Coordinates processes and product industrialization team\n- Encourages coordination with PPI departments in the region\n- Develops the plant's CBS strategy into action plans and ensures implementation\n- Manages projects of changes in materials, machines, relocation of production processes\n- Updates and creates product specifications and TDSs in accordance with standards\n- Updates flow charts and control plans (in cooperation with the Quality department), work instructions and technologies\n- Conducts specific product testing as well as trial products in order to translate them into serial production in accordance with standards\n- Updates FMEA of products and processes according to local conditions and standards\n- Initiates CBS projects, rapid improvement events, structured problem solving, Gemba leadership and other CBS methods to leverage identified potentials\n- Participates in and/or manages local multi-functional CBS projects\n- Ensures local application of standards related to the industrialization of products and processes\n- Ensures local implementation of central and divisional CBS standards\n- Manages ideas for improvement in accordance with the standards\n- Provides feedback and input for further development regarding CBS processes\n- They participate in continuous improvement activities through the application of the Lean process of the Continental Business System-CBS (Continental Business System).\n- Ensures appropriate reporting related to product industrialization and CBS\n- Maintains CBS project database (project approval, results achieved and overall accuracy of information)\n- Material research\n- Process research\n- Cooperation with external partners;
