The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all phases of the local implementation, including local project initiation, requirements gathering, working to find solutions, system implementation, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live support.\nThis role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and SAP transformation experience to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality objectives.\nThis role is Hybrid 3 days a week in Auburn, IN, Fairlawn, OH, Halstead, KS, Mount Pleasant, IA\nProject Leadership & Governance\nLead local end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects from initiation through post-production support.\nEstablish local project governance, communication plans, reporting structures, and escalation processes.\nDevelop and maintain detailed local project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk registers.\nMonitor local project performance and ensure alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.\nFacilitate steering committee meetings and provide executive-level status reporting.\nStakeholder Management\nCollaborate with executive sponsors, business leaders, functional teams, IT teams, and external implementation partners.\nManage stakeholder expectations and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.\nDrive decision-making and issue resolution across cross-functional teams.\nProgram Delivery\nCoordinate functional and technical workstreams including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Sales, Quality, and others as needed.\nOversee local project deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities.\nEnsure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and project management best practices.\nManage scope, change requests, and project documentation.\nRisk & Quality Management\nIdentify local project risks, issues, and dependencies and develop mitigation strategies.\nMonitor project quality metrics and ensure deliverables meet business and technical requirements.\nChange Management & Training\nPartner with organizational change management teams to support user adoption.\nEnsure training plans, communications, and readiness activities are executed effectively.\nSupport business process transformation and organizational alignment efforts.\nTesting & Deployment\nOversee system integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment planning.\nCoordinate cutover activities and go-live readiness assessments.\nLead post-go-live stabilization efforts and transition to operational support teams.\n Required Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field or 4 years of experience with SAP in lieu of a degree\n2.+ years of project management experience, including leading enterprise ERP implementations.\n2+ years of SAP/ ERP experience.\nProven track record delivering complex, multi-workstream ERP transformation programs.\nStrong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall).\nExperience managing budgets, timelines, resources, risks, and vendor relationships.\nExcellent leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nUp to 50% travel based on location\nPreferred Qualifications\nKnowledge of SAP modules including FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, and/or TM.\nExperience leading global or multi-site implementations.\nFamiliarity with data migration, system integrations, testing strategies, and change management frameworks.\n5+ years of project management experience, including leading enterprise ERP implementations.\nKey Competencies\nStrategic Planning\nProgram Governance\nRisk Management\nCross-Functional Leadership\nChange Management\nConflict Resolution\nDecision Making\nCommunication & Presentation Skills\nLegal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
