Supplier Quality Management**\nEstablish and maintain current supplier quality agreements and specifications in accordance with organisational requirements.\nMonitor and enforce supplier quality performance compliance with material and product specifications.\nDirect supplier complaint handling and corrective action verification processes.\nConduct supplier performance evaluations in conjunction with Purchasing/SCM.\nOrganise, coordinate, and execute supplier audits.\nImplement supplier quality improvement and continuous improvement programmes.\n**2. Quality Performance Monitoring**\nMonitor scrap rates, defect trends, and quality performance indicators to identify deviations.\nAnalyse quality issues with cross-functional teams and implement corrective improvement actions.\nEnsure achievement of plant quality objectives and customer satisfaction targets.\n**3. Quality Management System (QMS)**\nMaintain and control quality documentation within the document management system (e.g., roXtra) in accordance with established protocols.\nConduct internal product, process, and system audits.\nExecute regular shopfloor quality inspections and address identified non-conformances.\nCollect, maintain, analyse, and report quality-related data and key performance indicators.\nOversee annual product validation and compliance testing programmes.\n**4. Quality Control**\nEstablish, maintain, and enforce incoming inspection standards aligned with product specifications.\nMonitor and verify in-process quality assurance activities in accordance with control plans, production standards, and quality requirements.\nAdminister non-conforming materials and blocked stock management in accordance with company procedures.\nConduct quality reviews and risk assessments for new suppliers, materials, and projects prior to start of production.\n**5.
