In this role, you will support product quality and manufacturing performance through material testing, inspections, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure products meet customer and company quality standards.\nYour Tasks\nPerform testing on raw compounds, fabrics, and finished products in accordance with established procedures and test methods\nConduct production adhesion testing, incoming material inspections, and R&D/project-related testing\nEvaluate and process QC Holds \nCommunicate test results and notify management of potential quality concerns or nonconforming materials\nEnsure testing and reporting activities are completed accurately and in a timely manner\nSupport compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, and internal procedures\nMaintain accurate quality documentation and reporting records\nAssist with investigations and resolution of quality-related issues\nParticipate in process improvement initiatives and support continuous improvement activities\nEnsure all work is completed in compliance with ISO 9001, safety, company policies and procedures \nMaintain a clean and organized work area in line with 5S and safety expectations\nTHE ENVIRONMENT\nSafety is our highest priority and safety procedures / guidelines must always be adhered to.\nFast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment.\nWork involves standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working around machinery\nThe job is within a non-climate-controlled environment where you will be exposed to temperature swings (hot/cold), forklift and pedestrian traffic, and noise.\nCollaborative culture focused on safety, quality, and reliability.\n WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE\nHigh school diploma or GED required.\nAbility to use basic inspection and measurement tools, including tape measures, calipers, and micrometers.\nBasic understanding of common units of measurement, including fractions and decimals.\nAbility to read and interpret basic dimensions, tolerances, and product specifications.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nAbility to accurately document inspection results and identify potential quality concerns.\nEffective communication and basic problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.\nIntermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Outlook.\nADDITIONAL WAYS TO STAND OUT\nExperience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a Quality or Production-related role.\nExperience with SAP \nExperience with ISO 9001 quality systems\nLean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience\nPositive attitude and a team player \n THE PERKS:\nImmediate Benefits\nPaid Time Off\nTuition Assistance\nEmployee Discounts\nCompetitive Bonus Programs\nEmployees 401k Match\nEmployee Assistance Program \nFuture Growth Opportunities, including personal and professional.\nAnd many more benefits that come with working for a global industry leader!\nLegal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
