This position serves as the operational backbone of the Talent Acquisition function, coordinating recruiting activities, managing candidate logistics, supporting onboarding activities, and maintaining recruiting systems and processes.\nThe role partners closely with Talent Acquisition, HR teams, hiring managers, candidates, and external providers to ensure a seamless recruitment process and high-quality service delivery. This role will be 5 hours daily (Monday- Thursday)\nHOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT\nCoordinate interviews and recruitment activities, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with candidates and hiring teams.\nSupport recruiters throughout the hiring process by ensuring timely and accurate administration of recruitment activities.\nManage pre-employment activities such as background screenings, drug testing, travel arrangements, and onboarding coordination.\nMonitor recruitment workflows and ensure compliance with established processes, policies, and service level expectations.\nPrepare recruiting reports, dashboards, and operational metrics to support Talent Acquisition planning and decision-making.\nCollaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, HR teams, and external vendors to drive efficient recruiting operations.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of recruiting processes, systems, and operational excellence initiatives.\n WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field \nInternship experience in HR related to recruitment coordination, HR operations, or a related function. This role will be 5 hours daily (Monday- Thursday)\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications and HR or recruiting systems.\nAbility to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.\nStrong customer service mindset and interpersonal skills.\nProactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented approach to work.\nKnowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems such as SmartRecruiters, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar platforms\nLegal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
