In addition, ContiTech serves the automotive and transportation industries as well as rail transport.\n Responsibilities:\nProviding technical support to the sales team, distributors and the service network (workshops and fleet owners).\nCarry out face-to-face and online technical training on products, applications and best practices.\nCarry out field visits to analyze faults, provide technical guidance and support representatives in other states.\nSupporting the legal sector with technical analysis and records of negotiations, whenever necessary in legal actions.\nCollecting field data and insights to support the development of new products together with the product development team.\nProviding technical support to the export area, serving clients in South American countries.\nMonitoring and recording customer service via the system, preparing reports and contributing to continuous improvement.\n Requirements:\nTechnical degree or higher in Automotive Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related areas.\nExperience with belts, air springs or transmission systems is a plus.\nKnowledge of commercial vehicle mechanics (light or heavy line).\nGood verbal and written communication skills for training and technical interactions with customers.\nAbility to work in the field and in a variety of environments (workshops, automotive centers, fleet operators, technical events).\nWilling to travel\nIntermediate Office package and knowledge of presentation tools.\nSpanish will be considered a plus.\n Desired profile:\nProactive, analytical and focused on problem-solving.\nCommitted to customer satisfaction and the technical strengthening of the brand.\nCollaborative spirit, easy to work with in a multidisciplinary team.\nAbility to adapt to different audiences and scenarios, with empathy and a technical attitude.\nPronto para dirigir com a Continental?
