Mejora de Sistema de mantenimiento preventivo en área B, eficiencia de rutinas procedimientos y refacciones para PM
Análisis de actividades de mantenimiento preventivo:
- RCM: analizar cómo falla cada equipo, identificar qué mantenimiento aporta valor, eliminar actividades innecesarias, diseñar estrategias para aumentar la confiabilidad de los equipos.
- MTBF de actividades: medir cuánto tiempo pasa entre una falla y la siguiente, analizar tendencias. ver si los mantenimientos preventivos están aumentando la confiabilidad
- Eficiencia y mejora de planes de MP: Revisar frecuencias (semanal, mensual, trimestral. Eliminar tareas redundantes. Agregar inspecciones necesarias. Reducir tiempo y costo del mantenimiento.
- Desarrollo de rutinas de inspección: manuales paso a paso para ejecutar rutinas.
- Carga de planes en PUMA: Capturar los planes de mantenimiento en el sistema. Crear órdenes de trabajo. Registrar frecuencias. Asociar refacciones y procedimientos.
- Estudiantes activos de Ingeniería Mecánica, Industrial, Mecatrónica, Automotriz, Ing. Sistemas.
- Disponibilidad de horario matutino: Lunes a viernes 8:00 am. - 2:00 pm. (Presencial).
- Inglés nivel intermedio.
- Conocimiento de Excel.
- Conocimiento PowerBI (deseable).
- Soft skills: Disciplina, comunicación, trabajo en equipo, solución de problemas.
