With its tires, Continental makes a significant contribution to safe, efficient and environmentally friendly mobility.\n HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT\nLead all maintenance operations for a 24/7 manufacturing facility, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective equipment performance.\nDrive improvements in equipment uptime, technical availability, and overall plant reliability through disciplined maintenance execution.\nDevelop and implement preventive, predictive, condition-based, and corrective maintenance programs to eliminate recurring equipment failures.\nLead maintenance planning, scheduling, shutdown activities, and execution of maintenance excellence initiatives.\nManage annual maintenance budgets, capital improvement requests, and resource allocation to achieve operational and financial objectives.\nOptimize spare parts inventory, warehouse operations, and asset management processes to improve service levels and inventory accuracy.\nChampion reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and TPM-based maintenance practices.\nLead, coach, and develop maintenance supervisors, planners, engineers, and technicians while building organizational capability and succession plans.\nPartner with operations, engineering, and project teams to support equipment upgrades, modernization efforts, and new equipment installations.\nFoster a culture of accountability, safety, reliability, and continuous improvement with a long-term focus on achieving zero repeat breakdowns.\nNOTE: May not be inclusive of all work required and may be updated as needed.\nTHE ENVIRONMENT\nSafety is our highest priority and safety procedures / guidelines must be always adhered to.
