Objetivo del puesto

Brindar soporte al área de Operaciones en actividades relacionadas con planeación de demanda, logística, comercio internacional y análisis de información, contribuyendo a la optimización de procesos y al desarrollo de herramientas de seguimiento operativo.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Documentar procesos clave y de soporte del área.
  • Apoyar en la elaboración de pronósticos de demanda y análisis de desempeño.
  • Actualizar bases de datos, reportes y dashboards de Demanda de Mercado y Logística.
  • Dar soporte en la creación de órdenes de compra y carga de información en SAP/APO.
  • Dar seguimiento a inventarios, órdenes de reabasto y disponibilidad de producto.
  • Monitorear embarques nacionales e internacionales y apoyar en procesos de importación.
  • Coordinar la programación de entradas de mercancía al almacén.
  • Comunicar estatus de productos a las áreas de Ventas, Producto y BI.
  • Participar en iniciativas de automatización de reportes y mejora continua.

Escolaridad: Estudiantes de últimos semestres de Ingeniería Industrial, Logística, Cadena de Suministro, Negocios Internacionales, Administración o carreras afines.

Inglés: Intermedio.

Horario: 8:00 a.m. a 2:00 p.m., sujeto a horario escolar.

Esquema: Híbrido.

Conocimientos básicos:

  • Excel intermedio.
  • Análisis y manejo de bases de datos.
  • Elaboración y seguimiento de reportes.
  • Conceptos básicos de cadena de suministro, logística y planeación de demanda.
  • Deseable conocimiento de SAP o sistemas ERP.

Habilidades:

  • Capacidad analítica y orientación al detalle.
  • Organización y seguimiento de actividades.
  • Comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo.
  • Proactividad y enfoque en mejora continua.

IMPORTANTE: Ser estudiante activo y contar con disponibilidad para permanecer en el programa durante 12 meses.
