The role focuses on creating and operating a secure, scalable, and self-service cloud platform that enables data engineers, data scientists, analysts, and application teams to deliver business value efficiently.\nWhile experience with data platforms is beneficial, the primary focus is on platform engineering principles, cloud infrastructure, automation, governance, and operational excellence. The preferred cloud platform is Microsoft Azure, although experience with AWS is equally valued.\nYou will work closely with (enterprise) architects, automation teams, data engineers, and product teams to establish a modern platform operating model based on Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, cloud-native services, and platform self-service capabilities.\nMain Responsibilities:\nImplement and maintain Infrastructure/Policy as Code using tools such as Terraform;\nDevelop reusable platform services and self-service capabilities for engineering teams;\nAutomate provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management of cloud resources;\nEstablish platform automation standards and engineering guardrails;\nDesign and maintain CI/CD pipelines for platform and application deployments;\nImplement monitoring, observability, alerting, and operational dashboards;\nImprove platform reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.\n Academic Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field;\n+3 years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering;\nStrong understanding of cloud-native architecture principles;\nExperience with Microsoft Azure (preferred) or AWS;\nHands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred);\nExperience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines;\nStrong knowledge of Git-based development workflows;\nLakehouse experience (e.g., Databricks, MS Fabric, Snowflake) is a plus;\nUnderstanding of networking, security, identity management, and cloud operations;\nSolid communication and stakeholder management skills;\nFluent English communication skills.\n Our offer:\nIntegration in a challenging and international work environment;\nFlexible working model;\nCollaborative working style;\nContinuous opportunities for the promotion of talent and training;\nOpportunity to make a difference.\nWe are committed to fostering a workplace where everyone feels safe, respected, and valued.
