Responsible to monitor, maintain and continuously improve the process performance with respect to process capability, efficiency and scrap.\nRecipe Management: Inserting of recipes into equipment, maintaining and optimization of recipes, documenting of recipes.\nCreation of process related documentation, performance reports, book of requirements, guidelines, work instruction, process speciation.\nProcess implementation and release according specifications and development of standard operating procedures.\nParticipates in external and internal audits, develops and implements improvement plans.\nEnsures Productivity and quality.\nImplementation of corrective actions to reduce scrap, rework / work off and increase stability, efficiency and tire yield.\nConducting structured problem solving, incl. lessons learned documentation and implementation.\nSupport product industrialization according plant and central release procedures and requirements.\nSupport and take over responsibilities of process industrialization according plant and central release procedures and requirements.\nConduct all necessary studies to monitored and document process stability.\nInitiate activities to ensure process performance on required level with respect to efficiency, stability, scrap level.\nCreate process documentation, work instruction, training relevant material and train the trainer.\nFinal process approval with respect to efficiency, stability and scrap level.\nEnsure adherence to all company policies & procedures.\nImplement and maintain capable, efficient and stable production processes that satisfy the Process Excellence objectives.\nProcess stability, implementation of process improvement and reduce process variation.\nProcess risk assessment with continuous improvement.\nEnsure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in case of unsafe or polluting hazards.\nDemonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others\n Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field.\n5 years experience in Tire manufacturing environment.\n3 years experience in relevant area eg.
