Wir suchen motivierte Produktionsmitarbeiter Transportbandfertigung am Standort in Northeim. Als globaler Partner versorgen wir unsere Kunden weltweit aus Northeim mit qualitativ hochwertigen Gurtlösungen in verschiedenen Branchen und Industrien. Die Tätigkeit als Produktionsmitarbeiter umfasst folgende Aufgaben:
- Bedienen moderner Produktionsanlagen und Maschinen mit Präzision und Sorgfalt
- Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen in Übereinstimmung mit den Produktionsspezifikationen
- Arbeit im Produktionsteam, um einen reibungslosen und effizienten Produktionsablauf zu gewährleisten.
- Überwachen von Anlagen und Produktionsprozessen
- Pflegen und Instandhalten des Arbeitsbereichs
- Einhalten gültiger Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften
- Abgeschlossene techn. Berufsausbildung oder nachgewiesenes technisches Verständnis (Quereinsteiger aus technischen Bereichen oder Handwerksberufen sind willkommen)
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Grundkenntnisse in Englisch sind von Vorteil
- Fähigkeit, selbständig zu arbeiten
- Belastbarkeit und Bereitschaft, in einem 4-Schicht-Betrieb zu arbeiten, einschließlich regelmäßiger Wochenendarbeit
- Grundlegende mathematische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, detaillierte Anweisungen zu befolgen
- Körperliche Belastbarkeit
- Starke Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Engagement für Sicherheit am Arbeitsplatz und Qualitätsstandards
- Fähigkeit, sich an wechselnde Produktionsanforderungen anzupassen und neue Prozesse schnell zu erlernen
