The role combines hands-on Salesforce development expertise with strong DevOps and release management capabilities to deliver changes safely, consistently, and with full traceability across environments.\nKey tasks:\nDrive the DevOps and release strategy for a global Salesforce Sales & Service implementation;\nDesign, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, integrations, and declarative configuration;\nDesign and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/Git, SFDX/sf CLI, validation deploys, automated tests, quality gates);\nDefine environment and branching strategy, release governance, approvals, and rollback/hotfix procedures;\nSupport end-to-end delivery from technical design and development through testing, deployment, and production stabilization;\nTroubleshoot deployment and application issues, including metadata dependencies, test failures, integration errors, permissions, and environment inconsistencies;\nCollaborate with architects, admins, business analysts, and product teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.\n Academic degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification;\nMultiple years of experience in Salesforce development, DevOps, or release engineering;\nHands-on experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and configuration;\nExperience building and operating CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using Azure DevOps, Git, and SFDX/sf CLI;\nStrong understanding of Salesforce deployment concepts, including metadata, environments, Apex tests, dependencies, and rollback procedures;\nGood scripting and automation skills in PowerShell, Bash or Python;\nExperience with quality controls such as automated tests, static analysis, and PR policies;\nKnowledge of authentication and secrets management;\nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies;\nStrong collaboration and problem-solving skills;\nProfessional working proficiency in English;\nOpen to international travel (up to 10%).\n Our offer:\nYou are going to work in a team of 16 spread across 4 countries.
