This role partners with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs, validate data, and deliver intuitive dashboards, forecasts, and KPI views that help leaders act quickly.\nDesign, build, and maintain automated dashboards, KPI reporting, and forecasting models. \nDevelop and maintain revenue forecasting models to support the sales team in new business opportunity. \nApply statistical techniques, including multiple regression analysis, to identify drivers of performance and improve forecast accuracy. \nDevelop intuitive visualizations to support operational and financial decision making. \nPerform ad hoc reporting requested submitted through Jira for multiple divisions. \nPartner with IT and business teams to integrate data sources and validate outputs. \nAutomate recurring reporting and forecasting workflows to reduce manual effort. \nProvide training and documentation to help users effectively consume insights. \n\nLocation: Four days per week in-office in Sterling Heights, Michigan, and one day remote.\nIngredients for Thriving:\n3+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, forecasting, or reporting roles. \nExpert-level Microsoft Excel skills including advanced formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, and basic modeling. \nExperience building reports or dashboards in Power BI. \nStrong understanding of data analysis, forecasting concepts, and data visualization best practices. \nFoundational statistics knowledge, including correlation and multiple regression analysis. \nBasic understanding of data structures, tables, and relationships. \nStrong attention to detail and data accuracy. \nAbility to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders. \nUnderstanding of how automation and AI can be embedded into analytics and forecasting workflows. \nPreferred Qualifications:\nWorking knowledge of Python for data cleaning, automation, statistical analysis, or forecasting workflows. \nExperience using Power Automate to automate workflows, integrate systems, or support low-code solutions.\nExposure to building low-code or no-code internal tools or lightweight web applications. \nFamiliarity with AI-assisted analysis, including how to structure effective AI prompts and questions to support analysis, documentation, and insight generation. \nBasic SQL experience for querying and validating data. \nExperience working with enterprise BI platforms such as Qlik or similar tools. \n Core Competencies:\nStrong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality, accurate work. \nOwnership mindset with strong follow-through and accountability. \nCollaborative and service-oriented approach when working with internal teams. \nSavor the Benefits:\nWe offer a range of benefits for eligibles team members, including:\nHealth Coverage -
