Success is defined by improving productivity, inventory accuracy, profitability, customer satisfaction, and team performance while executing strategies that support long-term growth.\nOperational Leadership\nLead and inspire warehouse and cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and long-term business objectives. \nFoster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement while coaching managers and developing emerging leaders for future growth and succession. \nDevelop and implement SOPs that create consistent, efficient operations for internal partners and customers. \nOversee labor planning, workforce optimization, inventory control, replenishment, cycle counting, product availability, and FIFO compliance. \nBuild strong relationships with Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Business Development, Account Management, IT, vendors, and other stakeholders. \nRepresent the organization with key partners and serve as an escalation point for major operational accounts. \nEnsure compliance with safety, sanitation, food handling, and regulatory requirements. \n\nPerformance & Financial Management\nEstablish and monitor KPIs for warehouse productivity, inventory accuracy, route productivity, product profitability, fulfillment quality, and service. \nAnalyze financial and operational data to forecast needs, manage budgets, control costs, and drive performance improvements. \nIdentify opportunities to improve margins, productivity, service levels, and warehouse scalability. \nProvide executive-level reporting and support pricing strategies and product-mix optimization for vending machines and markets. \n\nCustomer Service & Relationship Management\nEnsure reliable product availability, timely service, and professional interactions that meet or exceed customer expectations. \nConduct periodic customer and site visits, review performance, and implement corrective actions to maintain satisfaction. \nPartner with Route Management to meet client fulfillment expectations, using feedback on mispicks and service gaps to identify root causes and implement corrective actions that improve order accuracy and prevent recurrence. \n\nEquipment & Technology Oversight\nCollaborate with IT and technical teams to implement and maintain warehouse management systems, telemetry, routing software, market platforms, cashless payment systems, and reporting tools. \nCoordinate proper equipment installation, removal, placement, and maintenance with technical and field operations teams. \nIngredients for Thriving:\nBachelor’s degree in operations, supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. \n5+ years of progressive leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations. \n3+ years leading multi-site or complex operations and management teams. \nStrong knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory controls, FIFO practices, and operational KPIs. \nDemonstrated success improving productivity, service, cost performance, and operating margins. \nStrong analytical, financial, communication, and team-development skills. \nExperience with route-based distribution, vending, micro markets, or related technology is preferred. \n Location(s) & Logistics:\nApproximately 25-35% travel between operating locations across assigned region is required. \nRegular on-site visits support local teams, operational reviews, customer relationships, and new business launches and expansions. \nVisits include walking warehouse floors and reviewing market, vending and office coffee operations. \nSavor the Benefits:\nWe offer a range of benefits for eligibles team members, including:\nHealth Coverage -
