Sunday through Thursday.\nKey Responsibilities\n Food Preparation & Cooking:\nFollow Recipe/Build Specs to build sandwiches and salads with production team. Assembly line/team building environment. \nAssist in preparing raw ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring for use in recipes. \nOperate food production equipment (mixers, ovens, fryers, etc.) according to company procedures and safety guidelines. \nFollow recipes and production instructions to ensure food quality and consistency. \nMonitor holding times and temperatures to maintain food safety standards. \nFood Packaging & Labeling:\nPackage finished food products in compliance with health and safety regulations. \nLabel packages with correct product information, expiration dates, and other required details. \nEnsure that packaging is neat, secure, and attractive for presentation to customers.\n Quality Control & Safety:\nPerform routine checks for food quality, ensuring products meet taste, texture, and appearance standards. \nMonitor production areas for adherence to health, sanitation, and safety standards. \nReport any issues related to food quality, equipment malfunctions, or unsafe practices to supervisors. \nFollow all food safety guidelines, including the use of proper PPE (personal protective equipment) and sanitation procedures. \nProduction Line Support:\nAssist in maintaining an efficient production line by following established workflows and protocols. \nCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations. \nPerform routine cleaning and maintenance of food production equipment and work areas. \nInventory Management:\nAssist in the inventory process by tracking ingredients and supplies used in production. \nReport low inventory levels and help maintain proper stock levels to prevent production delays. \nTeam Collaboration:\nWork closely with other production associates, quality control staff, and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines. \nParticipate in team meetings to discuss production schedules, quality concerns, and process improvements. \nSkills, Knowledge & Expertise\nEducation & Experience:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent; culinary or food safety certification is a plus. \nPrevious experience in food production or a similar manufacturing environment preferred. \nSkills & Abilities:\nAbility to follow written and verbal instructions. \nStrong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. \nKnowledge of food safety standards and regulations \nBasic math skills for measuring ingredients and tracking production quantities. \nExcellent communication and teamwork skills. \nAbility to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and perform physical tasks. \n Addition Information:\nWork may involve standing, bending, and lifting heavy items. \nMust be able to work in a temperature-controlled environment (e.g., cold storage, hot kitchens). \nRegular cleaning and sanitizing of workstations and equipment. \nThe position may require flexibility in working hours, including nights and weekends. \nJob Benefits\nWe prioritize the health, wellness and work-life balance of our team members and designed our comprehensive compensation packages to reflect that.\nFull-time team members are eligible for medical, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, parental leave, 401(k) with company match, at-work dining perks, flexible schedules, generous PTO, and a total rewards program.
