We collaborate with partners to deliver high-quality, end-to-end solutions that drive growth and transformation.\n The Supply Chain Planning (SCP) Data Analyst is responsible for standardized back-office support for Supply Management Americas through recurring analytics and structured process execution. The role supports reliable service delivery and increased business continuity by taking over documented, repeatable activities while decision-making, prioritization and stakeholder communication remain with Supply Management Americas Ft. Mill.\nThe position may also support adjacent supply chain functions based on business needs and service catalog maturity.\nKey Responsibilities\nDashboarding & reporting\nMaintain & refresh dashboard applications\nTroubleshoot any data flow issues leading to dashboard refresh errors\nPerform punch list improvements\nMaster Data Support\nSupport maintenance of systems to enable reliable planning outputs\nExecute Standardized data checks through predefined criteria\nMaintain planning parameters according to documented procedures\nEscalate parameter exceptions for further troubleshooting & decision\nRoutine analytics\nMaintain Supply Management scorecard\nRefresh backorder report\nRun documented un-confirmation checklists and escalate exceptions\nEnsure timely and consistent delivery of other routine analytics as directed\nService Delivery Execution\nExecute assigned recurring activities according to documented procedures\nMonitor completion of scheduled tasks and reports\nEscalate exceptions outside documented procedures\nStandardization & Process Improvement\nIdentify repetitive manual activities\nSupport process cleanup & standardization\nContribute to reporting improvement activities for recurring tasks\nDocumentation and service catalog\nMaintain documentation of work instructions\nContribute to the creation of a service catalog\nBachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related degree\n3-5 years of work experience\nStrong attention to detail in repetitive transactional & analytical work. Comfortable working within defined governance and service delivery expectations\nKnowledge in Microsoft PowerBI dashboards (maintenance and updating) for large-scale datasets, incl.
