of extension\nJob Description\nWe are helping our client hire a Vehicle Testing Specialist to support daily testing activities for its autonomous vehicle programs.\nIn this role, you will prepare autonomous vehicles for testing, execute established test plans, evaluate vehicle hardware and software functionality, and report testing outcomes to provide critical information to software development teams.\nThe ideal candidate has hands-on experience with autonomous vehicles, ADAS, or related automotive testing, along with a strong understanding of the hardware and software systems that enable autonomous driving.\nYou should be comfortable identifying and discussing common vehicle sensors, such as cameras and radar, understanding their role within an autonomous system, and taking a methodical approach to preparing vehicles and systems for testing.\nTraining Schedule\nMonday-Friday: 9:00 AM-5:30 PM\nTraining Duration: Approximately 2-3 weeks\nAvailable Shifts\nTuesday-Friday: 2:00 PM-10:30 PM\nSaturday:\n9:00 AM-5:30 PM\nMonday-Thursday: 2:00 PM-10:30 PM\nSunday: 9:00 AM-5:30 PM\nWeekend shifts on Saturday and Sunday will eventually extend until 10:30 PM.\nAs a Vehicle Testing Specialist, You Will\nPrepare AV and ADAS development vehicles for testing and execute established test plans.\nAssess vehicle hardware and software readiness before and during testing.\nIdentify issues that may affect testing activities or overall vehicle functionality.\nExecute test plans on autonomous vehicle and ADAS development platforms.\nCoordinate with software engineers and operations teams to improve testing procedures.\nProvide detailed notes and formal reports documenting testing activities, observations, and results.\nWork closely with Vehicle Operators to conduct testing professionally, safely, and efficiently.\nPromote and maintain strong safety standards across vehicle testing programs.\nAssist with troubleshooting technical issues involving vehicle hardware, computers, or related systems.\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications\n2+ years of experience in hardware testing, software testing, data entry, or a similar technical role.\nExperience troubleshooting issues involving computers, hardware, or other technical systems.\nStrong attention to detail and the ability to consistently follow established testing procedures.\nCollaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with engineering and operations teams.\nStrong interest in understanding the functionality of autonomous driving software.\nAbility to clearly document observations, testing activities, and technical issues.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious experience with ADAS, autonomous vehicles, or other automotive systems.\nExperience with software development practices.\nExperience working with Linux.\nFamiliarity with collaboration and project-management tools such as:\nSlack\nJira\nConfluence\nExperience using Google
