You'll collaborate closely with mechanical, software, and electrical engineering teams to ensure systems are integrated safely and reliably for on-road operation.\nThe ideal candidate has hands-on experience with automotive or industrial electrical systems, wiring harnesses, and electrical troubleshooting. You’re comfortable reading schematics, working with electrical test equipment, and solving technical issues in a fast-paced prototype environment.\nAs a Hardware Technician - Electrical Engineering, you'll:\nInstall, integrate, and validate electrical distribution systems, including wiring harnesses, power distribution units, fuses, relays, and connectors, across sensor, compute, and actuation modules.\nBuild, test, repair, and troubleshoot automotive-grade wiring harnesses and electrical systems, identifying faults, shorts, and wiring issues.\nWork with mechanical and software teams to translate power and signal requirements into robust electrical distribution solutions.\nSupport vehicle build, integration, and test cycles, including basic mechanical assembly related to sensor, actuator, connector, and bracket installation.\nRead and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and harness drawings to diagnose and resolve technical issues.\nMaintain accurate documentation of builds, test results, and issue resolution using PLM and document control tools.\nRequirements\nQualifications:\nAssociate degree or technical certification in Electrical/Electronics Technology, Automotive Technology, or equivalent hands-on experience\n2+ years of experience with automotive or industrial electrical distribution systems, wiring harness build, or related work\nProficient reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams\nWorking knowledge of low-voltage vehicle electrical systems;
