infrastructure and operational issues.\nThe ideal candidate has recent hands-on Moveworks experience and can confidently onboard new teams, support knowledge base ingestion, integrate Moveworks with other enterprise platforms, and manage implementations from initial stakeholder discussions through launch.\nYou're a strong communicator and independent problem solver who can balance strategic solution design with hands-on technical execution.\nLocation: Palo Alto, CA, United States\nWork Environment: Hybrid / In-person\nExpected Pay: $90.00-$95.00 per hour\nSchedule: Full-time (usually 30+ hours/week)\nAssignment Length: 4-month contract\nAs a Systems Engineer, You'll:\nOwn the full delivery lifecycle of AI agents on the Moveworks ServiceNow Platform, including discovery, planning, solution architecture, development, tuning, testing, and production launch.\nPartner with internal customers to architect and develop high-impact Agentic AI solutions, helping teams identify new ways to apply AI and shape their AI roadmaps.\nIntegrate the Moveworks ServiceNow Platform with enterprise systems in a secure, scalable, and performant manner to address complex business needs.\nPartner with engineering, product, and vendor teams, including Moveworks, on new rollouts while gathering customer feedback, evaluating emerging AI solutions, and informing technology decisions.\nMaintain, configure, and support core IT services, including networks, servers, virtualization, and cloud systems, while providing L2/L3 technical support.\nServe as an escalation point for help desk and support teams, troubleshooting complex issues, identifying root causes, and driving timely resolution.\nProactively identify opportunities to improve IT processes, procedures, and systems to strengthen operational efficiency and reliability.\nDaily Responsibilities\nYou will act as an independent practitioner who thrives on strategic autonomy.\nWhether you're writing custom Python scripts for a new AI workflow, assessing the broader AI vendor landscape, or troubleshooting a critical server issue, you'll take a proactive and hands-on approach to solving problems.\nThis role is ideal for technical role such as:\nForward Deployed Engineer\nSolutions Engineer\nCustomer Success Engineer\nSolutions Architect\nConsulting Engineer\nSoftware Engineer\nBachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nRecent hands-on experience working with Moveworks.\nExperience designing, building, and launching full-stack workflows and automations.\nStrong experience working with REST APIs.\nExperience with iPaaS and automation technologies such as:\nWorkato\nAzure Functions\nAWS Lambda\nServiceNow Flow Designer\nProficiency with scripting or programming languages such as:\nPython\nJavaScript\nGolang\nProven ability to operate across multiple business functions and technical domains.\nStrong adaptability and ability to quickly learn new technologies and systems.\nAbility to independently evaluate complex technical factors, make sound decisions, and execute with minimal guidance.\nStrong collaboration skills with experience contributing architectural designs, technical ideas, and documentation across multiple project teams.\nIdeal Candidate Profile\nRecent Moveworks experience is the most valuable skill set for this position, as the successful candidate will help move ongoing projects forward.\nThe ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently within the Moveworks environment and able to:\nOnboard new teams for knowledge base ingestion.\nIntegrate Moveworks with other enterprise platforms.\nHandle end-to-end discovery and stakeholder discussions.\nDevelop implementation plans.\nConduct testing
