Jonas is a 100% owned subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc., headquartered in Toronto and traded on the S&P/TSX 60. \nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES\nProcess accurate and timely customer billing in accordance with contractual agreements.\nCreate, maintain, and update customer contract records within the finance and billing systems.\nReview new, amended, and renewed contracts to ensure correct billing, tax, and revenue recognition setup.\nConfigure and maintain revenue recognition schedules in line with contract terms and company policies.\nValidate customer contract data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.\nEnsure the correct tax treatment is applied to customer invoices and contract setups.\nRaise credit notes and reissue invoices where required, ensuring appropriate supporting documentation and valid business justification are obtained.\nInvestigate and approve billing adjustments, ensuring compliance with internal controls and policies.\nReconcile billing data against customer contracts and revenue schedules, identifying and resolving discrepancies.\nPerform customer account reconciliations to ensure account balances are accurate and up to date.\nConduct invoice reconciliations to identify and resolve duplicate, missing, or incorrectly raised invoices.\nInvestigate billing queries and work with internal stakeholders to resolve issues in a timely manner.\nCollaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Commercial Operations, and Finance teams to ensure contract and billing accuracy.\nSupport month-end activities through billing, revenue, and customer account reconciliations.\nMaintain accurate financial records and audit-ready documentation.\nMonitor and improve data quality across customer contracts, billing, and revenue systems.\nIdentify opportunities to improve billing processes, controls, and operational efficiency.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and regulatory requirements. \nJOB QUALIFICATIONS:\nMinimum 2 years' experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, Transactional Finance, or a similar finance role.\nExperience processing customer billing and managing contract-related data.\nStrong reconciliation skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies.\nGood understanding of financial controls and data accuracy requirements.\nStrong commercial awareness and analytical skills.\nExcellent IT skills, including a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.\nExperience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) or a similar ERP system would be advantageous.\nUnderstanding of VAT/tax treatment within customer billing processes would be beneficial.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.\nPersonal Characteristics\nHighly organized and methodical approach to work.\nExcellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.\nSolution-focused, with the ability to investigate issues and identify root causes.\nAble to prioritize workload and manage multiple deadlines effectively.\nConfident in challenging and validating billing adjustments, credits, and invoice reissues where required.\nProactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to take ownership of tasks.\nStrong team player with a collaborative approach.\nAdaptable and eager to learn new systems and processes.\nResilient and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nCommitted to continuous improvement and delivering high-quality service.\nExciting Benefits we offer:\nMarket-leading Salary\nMedical Coverage - Self & Dependents\nParents Medical Coverage\nProvident Fund\nEmployee Performance-based bonuses\nHome Internet Subsidy\nConveyance Allowance\nProfit Sharing Plan [Tenured Employees Only]\nLife Benefit\nChild Care Facility\nCompany Provided Lunch/Dinner\nProfessional Development Budget\nRecreational area for in-house games\nSporadic On-shore training opportunities\nFriendly work environment\nLeave Encashment\nDisclaimer: At Contour, we attribute our success to the unique contributions of our diverse staff.
