With the global growth of Constellation as the wind in our sails, we are only just getting started!\nKey Duties and Responsibilities:\n1. Activities\nHandle client enquiries professionally and in a timely manner, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.\nLog and document client enquiries and the resolutions provided, developing documentation skills through practice and feedback.\nSupport project plans set by senior team members, communicating progress and flagging any deviations promptly.\nAssist with testing products and confirming client system needs are met, under guidance.\nAssist in liaising with third parties on Business Intelligence dashboard rollouts and upgrades, with support from senior colleagues.\nContribute to documenting Dealer Spectrum's processes clearly, with review and feedback from the team.\n2. Relationships\nReport to the Director, Dealer Spectrum, with day-to-day guidance from a senior team member.\nBuild positive working relationships with the Dealer Spectrum team.\nDevelop professional relationships with Dealer Spectrum clients, working toward outcomes that meet both parties' expectations.\nBuild relationships with internal and external Auto-IT stakeholders as opportunities arise.\n3. Other Duties and Activities\nAdhere to all of Auto-IT's policies and procedures.\nProvide timely reporting as required, with guidance during the first months in the role.\nUndertake other duties as required, within the graduate's developing skills and abilities.\nMaintain a polite, sympathetic and professional attitude with internal and external customers, whether in person, by phone or via electronic communication.\n4.Support Provided:\nA structured onboarding program covering Dealer Spectrum systems, tools and client processes.\nAn assigned mentor/buddy from the senior BI/Dealer Spectrum team for day-to-day guidance.\nRegular check-ins and feedback during the first 6 months, with a formal review at the end of the probation period.\nKPIs: To be defined as part of a graduate development plan. Initial KPIs (first ~6 months) are weighted towards onboarding completion, shadowing and skills development; standard Dealer Spectrum KPIs apply progressively from around month 6 as autonomy builds.\n5.Technical Competencies:\nStrong SQL knowledge with Joins, CTE’s, Subqueries, Aggregations, Window Functions, Data Extraction, Data Transformation with willingness to build proficiency on the job.\nAdvanced Excel skills.\nStrong numeracy skills.\n6. Behavioral Competencies:\nGood written and verbal communication skills.\nDeveloping organizational, documentation and time-management skills.\nStrong problem-solving curiosity and attention to detail.\nA collaborative, team-oriented approach.\nCareer-focused, with clear ambition to grow into more senior responsibilities over time.\nStrong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact with people at all levels.\nOpenness to learning, feedback and following defined processes.\nWillingness to take ownership of problems and see them through to completion, with support available when needed.\nAbility to manage competing priorities, with guidance from the team while building experience.\nAbility to work effectively as part of a team, and increasingly independently as skills and confidence develop. Self-motivated, enthusiastic and a fast learner. Be flexible and have a willingness to travel.\nQualifications/Education:\nTertiary qualification (recently completed) in Information Technology or a related field - e.g. bachelor's degree in software engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or Data Analytics.\nKnowledge & Experience:\nExperience in BI, Data or SQL study, internships, personal projects or coursework is essential.
