As part of the Jonas Software / Constellation Software group, Jonas Club operates within a long-term, decentralized operating model focused on durable cash flow, disciplined growth, and strong financial controls.\nRole Overview\nWe are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to support Jonas Club’s Payments business. This role is responsible for owning the accuracy, completeness, and economic performance of credit card processing revenue across all payment partners. The role sits at the intersection of FP&A, accounting, and commercial analysis, and plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity of one of our highest-margin and most complex revenue streams.\nKey Responsibilities\nReview, validate, and reconcile monthly payment residuals from all payment processors against transaction volumes, contractual rate schedules, and incentive programs. \nInvestigate and explain variances, missing payments, timing differences, and yield fluctuations, and coordinate resolution with internal and external parties. \nSupport forecasting and budgeting for payment processing revenue, including residuals, bonuses, and attrition impacts. \nComplete pricing analyses for Sales to evaluate proposed client pricing, expected revenue, profitability, and margin, and provide clear recommendations to support deal decisions. \nSupport strategic initiatives, including new product launches and market expansion. \nSupport month-end accruals and revenue recognition for transaction-based payment revenue in alignment with internal accounting policies. \nMonitor and report on key performance indicators including processed volume, residual yield, customer monetization, and processor mix. \nDesign and implement pricing frameworks for payment products and services. \nPartner with product and commercial teams to assess pricing impacts on revenue and margin. \nPrepare clear, executive-ready reporting for Finance leadership, highlighting key drivers, risks, and opportunities related to payment revenue.\nPartner cross-functionally with FP&A, Accounting, Operations, and Commercial teams to improve controls, transparency, and scalability of payment revenue reporting. \nPresent insights and recommendations to influence strategic decisions. \nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA track preferred. \n2-4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, or revenue operations; experience with payments, fintech, or transaction-based revenue is strongly preferred. \nStrong financial modeling and reconciliation skills with advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI or similar tools is an asset. \nUnderstanding of payments economics, including transaction-based fees, residual revenue models, and pricing dynamics. \nHigh attention to detail with the ability to independently identify issues, investigate root causes, and communicate clear recommendations. \nStrong written and verbal communication skills and comfort working with senior stakeholders and external partners. \nExciting Benefits we offer:\nMarket-leading Salary\nMedical Coverage - Self & Dependents\nParents Medical Coverage\nProvident Fund\nEmployee Performance-based bonuses\nHome Internet Subsidy\nConveyance Allowance\nProfit Sharing Plan [Tenured Employees Only]\nLife Benefit\nChild Care Facility\nCompany Provided Lunch/Dinner\nProfessional Development Budget\nRecreational area for in-house games\nSporadic On-shore training opportunities\nFriendly work environment\nLeave Encashment\nDisclaimer: At Contour, we attribute our success to the unique contributions of our diverse staff.
