The Deputy Program Manager will support the management and oversight of contractor personnel and daily contract operations, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, quality standards, and performance objectives. The DPM will monitor costs, schedules, and performance; coordinate resources; resolve operational challenges; and support continuous service delivery improvements. The DPM will also serve as the Program Manager in the PM's absence.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAssist in managing daily contract operations, personnel, and resources to meet or exceed contractual requirements.\nServe as Program Manager in the PM's absence, ensuring continuity of leadership and contract performance.\nMonitor program costs, schedules, deliverables, performance metrics, and resource reporting.\nEnsure contractor personnel adhere to established standards of conduct, internal controls, security requirements, and Government policies.\nCoordinate staffing, onboarding, workforce readiness, and resource allocation to maintain operational effectiveness.\nIdentify and resolve operational challenges, performance deficiencies, and emerging risks with minimal disruption to services.\nSupport implementation of program management, staffing, quality assurance, communications, and transition plans.\nCoordinate with Government stakeholders and contractor personnel to address operational requirements and priorities.\nPrepare program reports, performance assessments, and management briefings.\nImplement process improvements to enhance service delivery, efficiency, and overall program performance.\nPerform other related duties as assigned.\nBasic Qualifications:\nMinimum five (5) years of professional experience.\nMaster's degree in a related field or twelve (12) years of experience.\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification required.\nActive SECRET personnel security clearance required.\nDemonstrated experience in program management, contract operations, workforce coordination, and performance monitoring.\nKnowledge of cost and schedule tracking, risk management, quality assurance, and internal controls.\nStrong leadership, organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications.\nAdditional Qualifications:\nExperience supporting the Department of State or comparable federal agencies.\nExperience supporting large-scale federal professional services contracts and geographically dispersed personnel.\nKnowledge of program management methodologies and experience implementing process improvements, performance management practices, and organizational change initiatives.\nFamiliarity with Quality Management Systems, including ISO 9001 principles.\nExperience with contract transitions, workforce planning, and continuity of operations.\nProficiency with Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Power BI, or related management tools.\nPrimary Location:Washington, DC (Primarily On-site)\nBenefits\nFull-time employees are eligible for 401(k) and Roth retirement plans, Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (for employees and families), Supplemental Insurance, 11 Federal Holidays, and at least three weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO), including sick and personal leave.\nCRG is an equal opportunity employer.We make employment decisions based on merit, qualifications, and business need.
