Contracting Engineering (CCE) is seeking a skilled Mechatronics or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – Drilling Rigs & Laboratory Equipment to support the operation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of drilling rigs and laboratory testing devices.\nThe ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems, with solid experience in diesel engines and hydraulic systems used in heavy drilling equipment.\nKey ResponsibilitiesDrilling Rigs Maintenance & Support\nConduct maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of drilling rigs, including Core Drilling, RC, and DTH rigs.\n\nDiagnose faults in control systems, sensors, hydraulic systems, and electromechanical components.\n\nPerform maintenance and troubleshooting of diesel engines powering drilling rigs and compressors.\n\nEnsure proper operation, maintenance, and fault diagnosis of hydraulic systems, including pumps, valves, cylinders, and hoses.\n\nSupport the commissioning, setup, and field servicing of drilling rigs.\n\nWork closely with operations teams to ensure maximum equipment uptime and efficiency.\n\nEnsure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures on-site.\n\nLaboratory Equipment Maintenance\nPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on laboratory instruments and testing devices.\n\nDiagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic faults.\n\nCalibrate devices to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.\n\nMaintain service records, calibration logs, and technical reports.\n\nCoordinate with suppliers for spare parts and technical support.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.\n\n3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in laboratory/testing equipment, drilling rigs, or related systems.\n\nStrong hands-on experience in diesel engines and hydraulic systems is required.\n\nStrong knowledge of:\nMechanical systems.\n\nElectrical and electronic systems.\n\nSensors and control systems.\n\nHydraulic systems.\n\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams.\n\nWillingness to work both in the workshop/lab and on-site.\n\nGood troubleshooting and problem-solving
