This individual will play a key role in the execution of critical finance processes, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions while adhering to established procedures and controls.\nThe successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. They will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced shared service environment.\nRequirements\nWhat You'll Do:\nExecute month-end close procedures for Intercompany transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.\nMake provisions, accruals, adjustments for bad debt etc. to enable closing the AR-ledger for reporting. \nMake provisions, accruals, clearing of unmatched invoices etc. etc. to enable closing the AP-ledger for reporting.\nClose sub-ledgers, make accruals and reclassifications, regulate provisions, settle VAT, control payroll, and reconcile accounts.\nPerform month-end close activities related to Travel & Expenses, including reconciliation and reporting.\nManage the month-end close process for Fixed Assets & Leasing, including depreciation runs and balance sheet reconciliations. \nMaintain the Fixed Assets register. Prepare and maintain accurate records for Fixed Assets & Leasing, contributing to reliable financial reporting\nWho You Ar:\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Holding or pursuing a professional qualification is desirable\nPrior experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within a shared service centre environment\nPrior experience working with ERP systems and specifically D365 is desirable\nStrong understanding of fundamental accounting principles and practices\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
