This is a regional role with a focus on South East Asia.\nResponsibilities:\nOperational Management\nOwn the day-to-day operational management of a major embedded security operations programme in Singapore, ensuring delivery against client requirements, contractual obligations and Control Risks standards.\nSupport the delivery of embedded consulting services across Southeast Asia and the wider Asia Pacific region.\nAct as a key operational point of contact for consultants and client stakeholders, escalating strategic, commercial and personnel matters where appropriate.\nManage project administration and business operations activities associated with client engagements, ensuring consistency, accuracy and compliance with internal processes.\nIdentify and implement opportunities to improve operational processes, delivery effectiveness and service quality across engagements.\nWork closely with the Business Operations team to ensure project administration is maintained to the highest standard.\nPeople and Resource Management\nSupport resource planning activities including the maintenance of consultant databases, workforce planning tools and deployment tracking.\nAssist with the selection, recruitment, onboarding, training, contracting and deployment of consultants across the region.\nWork closely with HR colleagues to support effective consultant onboarding and employee experience, and\nEnsure consultants are effectively supported, engaged and connected to Control Risks throughout the lifecycle of their engagement.\nSupport the performance management and professional development of consultants, helping to build operational capability and future leadership talent within the business.\nContribute to the development and enhancement of resource management tools, processes and information systems to improve visibility and accessibility of consultant data.\nClient and Commercial Management\nBuild and maintain effective working relationships with client stakeholders to support successful programme delivery and long-term partnerships.\nIdentify client needs and opportunities for additional support, collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality solutions and outcomes.\nSupport the commercial management of embedded consultancy engagements, including contract administration, renewals, extensions and revenue management activities.\nAssist in the preparation of high-quality proposals, scopes of work and other commercial documentation.\nSupport business development activities by contributing operational insights, resource planning and solution design for new opportunities.\nRegional Team Support\nSupport the ECS leadership in the management and growth of the Southeast Asia Embedded Consulting Services portfolio.\nWork collaboratively with regional and global colleagues to ensure effective coordination, communication and delivery across engagements.\nProactively build and maintain strong relationships with decision makers and senior managers across the business, seeking opportunities for collaboration and operational improvement.\nDevelop the capability to independently manage client engagements and operational portfolios over time, contributing to the continued growth of the Embedded Consulting Services business\nRequirements\nKnowledge and Experience\nEssential:\nExperience in an operations, project management, consulting, security, intelligence, government, military or similarly fast-paced environment.\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.\nExperience building and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships.\nStrong commercial awareness and problem-solving capability.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work independently, exercise sound judgement and deliver high-quality outcomes.\nStrong attention to detail and a proactive approach to improving processes and performance.\nInterest in security, geopolitical and business issues across Asia Pacific.\nDesirable:\nExperience supporting large-scale operations, service delivery teams or security operations centres.\nExposure to recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning or people management activities.\nExperience preparing proposals, budgets or commercial documentation.\nExperience working in a regional or multinational environment.\nQualifications and specialist skills\nEssential:\nProject / commercial management skills\nEducation to degree level / or relevant commercial
