role focused on infrastructure, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems administration.\nProven experience supporting Microsoft Azure IaaS and PaaS services.\nStrong administration capabilities in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).\nStrong experience administering Windows Server environments.\nGood working knowledge of Active Directory services, including reporting, auditing, Group Policy, DNS, and identity management.\nExperience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.\nExperience managing enterprise backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions.\nExperience in vulnerability management, security hardening, and infrastructure patching processes.\nExperience investigating and resolving complex infrastructure and security incidents.\nExperience supporting Microsoft 365 infrastructure and cloud-integrated services.\nExperience producing and maintaining technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and implementation plans.\nExperience using PowerShell for administration, automation, and reporting.\nResolving complex IT issues in a Tier 2-3 support capacity.\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills across cloud and on-premises technologies.\nPreferred\nAzure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) certification.\nAzure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500) certification.\nExperience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.\nExperience with Microsoft Defender and security management platforms.\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code and automation technologies.\nKnowledge of Information Security compliance standards (ISO27001).\nExperience supporting hybrid cloud environments.\nExperience working within a Project Management framework.\nExperience dealing with third-party vendors and managed service providers.\nSkilled in using scripting and automation tools, including PowerShell.\nITIL Foundation certification or above.\nProven analytical and problem-solving
