He/ she supports the Team Leader to provide journey management for clients in hostile and high-risk environments. He/ she is responsible for maintaining the highest personal and professional standards in accordance with Control Risks’ standard operating procedures (SOPs); and to work with colleagues to deliver the best possible service for the client.\nDriver will operate from Control Risks’ office in Kyiv. His/her duties are currently restricted within Ukraine’s internationally recognized geographical boundaries; post conflict, this may expand to include duties in neighboring countries.\nApplication closing date: 04 September 2026\nRole tasks and responsibilities\n Demonstrates safe and competent driving skills.\nDemonstrates knowledge of Ukraine road safety rules.\nRemains informed about the threats and key issues in Ukraine.\nConducts vehicle and dismounted immediate action drills.\nDemonstrates client etiquette, discipline, and Control Risks’ low-profile approach.\nPossesses competent navigation skills, including map-reading, compass and use of GPS.\nUses vehicle-mounted and handheld communication systems.\nMaintains competence in all required skills through regular formal assessment.\nConducts effective administration, such as vehicle maintenance, equipment husbandry/accountability, reports and returns.\nConducts venue and route recces and contributes to reports
