The role provides day-to-day support to employees and stakeholders, resolves expense-related queries, and contributes to delivering an efficient expense management service.\nWhat You'll Do:\nExpense Processing\nReview and process employee expense claims in line with company policy and approval requirements.\nValidate receipts, coding, VAT treatment, and supporting documentation.\nMaintain a high level of accuracy in expense data, ensuring claims are coded correctly and all supporting documentation is complete and compliant.\nIdentify and escalate policy exceptions or complex cases to the Expenses Specialist - Senior.\nEnsure expense claims are processed within agreed service levels.\nEmployee Support\nRespond to employee queries relating to submitted expenses and reimbursements.\nProvide guidance on expense policies and claim requirements.\nSupport issue resolution and maintain a positive employee experience.\nPayments & Reimbursements\nAssist with expense reimbursement payment runs.\nInvestigate and resolve payment issues and rejected claims.\nSupport accurate and timely employee reimbursements.\nCompliance & Controls\nEnsure adherence to expense policies, procedures, and internal controls.\nMaintain accurate records and audit-ready documentation.\nSupport audit requests and control reviews as required.\n\nReporting & Continuous Improvement\nMonitor workload and outstanding items to ensure SLA compliance.\nIdentify recurring issues and opportunities to improve processes.\nSupport reporting, month-end activities, and process improvement initiatives.\nSupport the adoption of automation and AI solutions to improve process efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.\nKey Deliverables\nAccurate and timely processing of expense claims.\nOn-time reimbursement of employee expenses.\nHigh levels of compliance with company policy.\nEffective resolution of employee queries.\nMaintenance of strong financial controls and audit readiness.\nTo all recruitment agencies: Control Risks does not accept speculative agency resumes.
