They will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced shared service environment.\nRequirements\nWhat You'll Do:\nOversee the general ledger, ensuring the accuracy, timeliness and integrity of financial records in line with finance Service Level Agreements (e.g., SLAs)\nManage the month-end and year-end close processes, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation\nEnsure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies\nCollaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations (e.g., define process and timeline for reconciling intercompany transactions between regions during month end).\nWho You Are:\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
