The Operator will work in a 24/7/365 security call center environment, creating tactical intelligence products to ensure the protection and risk mitigation of our client's assets, executives, and operations.\nThis roles' shift will cover: Wednesday-Saturday, 1300-2300.\nThis is NOT a cybersecurity role.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nServe as first point of contact for the client's global community supporting a 24/7/365 security call center environment.\nMonitor CCTV, life safety systems, access control, company assets, world events and/or incidents, events, and on-site executive protectee movements in order to identify and mitigate risks to the client.\nConduct travel security tracking and response management for all global employees (in partnership with ISOS).\nRespond to and action alarms at client offices.\nDispatch and monitor the security guard force to support safety and security operations.\nUtilize the client's mass communication systems to notify employees during emergency events.\nRespond to incidents and requests for assistance from the client's community.\nCoordinate with cross-functional stakeholders in a wide variety of areas including in emergency and crisis situations.\nExecute procedures, as directed by GSOC leadership and the client's Safety and Security management to enhance safety and security at the sites.\nDevelop tactical intelligence reports and security plans as directed.\nAssist with maintaining threat assessment and management information and records.\nMonitor travel tracking systems for impacts to life safety for all client employees.\nSupport the Shift Supervisor and Manager in the completion of necessary tasks.\nPerform various safety and security tasks, as directed by client management.\nRequirements\nAssociate's degree or two-to-four years of work experience.\nZero-to-One years of experience in a GSOC, Security Operations or similar role. \nBaseline understanding of security systems.\nPrevious experience working alongside cross-functional security teams including Executive Protection and Travel Safety a plus. \nAbility to execute moderately complex tasks with limited supervision.\nStrong customer service orientation and ability to provide high-level support to client employees who may be experiencing crisis or emergency incidents. \nAbility to respond effectively in emergency situations and gather pertinent information and communicate with security leadership and stakeholders at all levels of the organization. \nAbility to utilize social media and other open-source monitoring platforms to collect information for tactical intelligence purposes. \nAbility to gather and analyze large amounts of data and information and compile it into easily digestible, concise reporting. \nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including on the radio and phone.\nKeen attention to detail, strong multi-tasking skills and ability to adapt to the needs of a fast-moving working environment.\nThe base salary range for this position in California is $70,669 per year. Exact compensation offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
