As the Researcher you will conduct open-source intelligence research to support a complex threat intelligence programme.\nTasks and Responsibilities\nResearch and information gathering\nGather information on individuals and groups posing a threat to our clients and their assets through open-source intelligence (OSINT) and social media intelligence (SOCMINT) analysis.\nWhen tasked, conduct research on specific topics to contribute to bespoke threat assessments.\nResearch new sources of information and develop capabilities to collect and analyse information in support of the team’s mission.\nConsulting responsibilities\nDeliver clear and concise written analysis to contribute to the production of high-quality bespoke threat assessments.\nCommunicate effectively to conduct peer review of intelligence outputs to support and enhance the quality of final deliverables.\nRequirements\nEssential\nPractical knowledge of open-source intelligence collection and threat analysis\nAbility to prepare concise written reports with strong attention to detail\nExperience in directing, collecting and analysing information, including following leads, in order to produce timely and actionable intelligence.\nPreferred\nKnowledge of additional languages preferable\nDegree-level qualification or equivalent qualification/experience.\nOpen source intelligence qualifications preferable.\nClear, committed and delivers on what is required in role and strives to exceed expectations.
