and incidents to the appropriate personnel and teams.\nFollow established protocols and procedures to manage security incidents, coordinating with on-site personnel, law enforcement, and third-party vendors as needed.\nDocument all incidents, actions taken, and outcomes in a detailed and accurate manner.\nCommunicate clearly and effectively with team members, management, and external partners to provide updates on ongoing incidents and ensure smooth transitions between shifts.\nAssist in conducting regular security checks of facilities and equipment, identifying and reporting any anomalies or vulnerabilities and participate in all security audits.\nParticipate in training programs to maintain and enhance knowledge of security procedures, emergency response protocols, and technology updates.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to review security processes and recommend improvements based on observed trends and incident analyses.\nSupport the Shift Lead and other team members in various tasks related to security operations.\nStay informed about global security trends, emerging threats, and best practices in security management. \nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in a related field preferred.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in security operations, surveillance, or a related field.\nStrong attention to detail and the ability to stay focused during extended monitoring periods.\nProficiency in using security technology, including CCTV, access control systems, and incident management software.\nEffective communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and concise reporting.\nGood knowledge of MS office, Power BI, Lenel etc. will be an advantage.\nQuick decision-making abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team, following established protocols and guidelines.\nFlexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and
