reporting.\n Ensure awareness, involvement, and support from key stakeholders by building strong project teams and maintaining robust communication throughout the project lifecycle.\n Contribute to the definition of departmental and systems strategies and progression of assigned objectives.\n Participate in reviews and meetings, providing clear updates on project progress.\n Take responsibility for identifying and managing risks and issues, ensuring delivery on time and to required quality standards.\n Work closely with relevant internal teams to ensure alignment and coordination across operations for seamless implementation of existing and new systems.\n Contribute to post-implementation reviews to assess project success and areas for improvement.\n Support project resource scheduling and department capacity planning, ensuring holidays and sickness are managed, tracked, and considered in planning.\nRequirements\nEssential\nStrong knowledge of the following technologies: C#, .NET, REACT, nodeJS, MVC, Entity Framework, nUnit / xUnit, Moq, AJAX, JavaScript, HTML 5, CSS.\nExcellent knowledge of authentication and identity protocols: OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0.\nExperience in DevOps process (e.g., Scrum, Git Flow, CI/CD, deployment, etc.).\nStrong knowledge in Azure SQL Server development including relational database design, T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and performance optimization.\nUnderstanding of cloud-based Microsoft development (Azure Web Apps, Azure Functions).\nHands on experience in REST API implementation, Creating, maintaining and versioning API’s.\nGood understanding of software development methodologies, object-oriented programming, database design, and development.\nAdvocate of design patterns such as MVC, Factory Pattern, dependency injection and unit testing.\nExcellent command of the English language.\nPreferred\nExposure to Microsoft Azure DevOps.\nExperience working with Azure API Manager.\nExperience working with Azure Cosmos DB.\nExperience working with Azure Search (or ElasticSearch).\nExperience working with Azure Service Bus (or similar message queues broker).\nExperience working with Microsoft Azure Application Insights (or similar event logging technologies).\nExperience working with in-memory objects cache technologies (e.g. Redis, Memcached, etc.).\nQualifications and specialist skills\nBSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\nExperience of people management and the ability to lead and influence others.\nExperience in formal personal development planning and individual, team and process performance management.\nAble to influence and drive projects to meet key milestones and overcome challenges.\nCapable of leading and managing the delivery of system/software development projects in a structured
