One powerful shift in how work flows.\nAbout the Role:\nWe are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our amazing global HR team. The ideal candidate will provide support to our high, mid, and junior-level management, employee relations, and performance management, and be a significant part of the recruitment process. This role will execute different HR strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement.\nWhat You’ll Own:\nServe as a strategic HR partner to GTM leadership (senior, mid, and junior), ensuring HR strategy is well-structured, locally relevant, and aligned to business goals across regions.\nAdvise, coach, and guide GTM managers and employees on complex employee relations matters, performance management, and organizational challenges, with sound judgment and the confidence to push back when needed.\nOwn and administer HR policies and processes, ensuring consistency across a global, multi-entity organization while remaining sensitive to local labor law and cultural context.\nApply working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance considerations across multiple jurisdictions to guide managers and mitigate risk.\nDrive end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles: partnering with hiring managers, aligning on hiring priorities, and leading candidate and offer negotiations through to contract.\nOwn the full employee lifecycle for the GTM population, from recruiting and onboarding, through development, engagement, and internal mobility, to offboarding, with a strong focus on experience at every touchpoint.\nBring energy and presence to our Fort Lauderdale office 3 days a week, working in person with the local team while staying closely connected to a distributed, global HR function.\nThrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and constantly evolving environment, comfortable holding ambiguity and driving structure where it’s needed\nWhat You’ll Bring:\n5+ years of HR Business Partner experience within a high-tech/technology company, ideally supporting a global or multi-site organization.\nExperience supporting Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success functions is a strong plus.\nSolid working knowledge of HR policies, processes, and best practices, with the ability to apply them pragmatically in a fast-scaling environment.\nWorking familiarity with US employment law and general awareness of how HR practices differ across jurisdictions.\nA proven track record advising, coaching, and guiding managers and employees, and being seen as a credible, trusted voice in the room.\nHands-on, end-to-end recruitment experience.\nThe ability to influence and advise business leadership with confidence and clarity, even in ambiguous or sensitive situations.\nExcellent oral and written communication skills.\nA relevant Bachelor’s degree.\nComfort working across time zones, cultures, and organizational layers in a global, fast-growing
