The ideal candidate will provide support to our high, mid, and junior-level management, employee relations, and performance management, and be a significant part of the recruitment process. This role will execute different HR strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement.\nWhat You’ll Own:\nPartner with senior and junior leadership to ensure the HR strategy is structured and functioning to best support our business.\nAdvise, coach, and guide employees and managers.\nWork effectively in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, dynamic environment.\nWork closely with executive/mid/junior level managers to align priorities and make sure the recruiting strategies execute well (including negotiation with candidates and contract stage)\nSupporting employee’s lifecycle in the organization from the recruiting process to the onboarding, personal employees’ development, end of employment.\nWhat You’ll Bring:\n2+ years of Human Resources Business Partner experience within a high-tech/technology company.\nExperience advising, coaching, and guiding managers and employees.\nAbility to work effectively in a global, fast-paced, highly collaborative, dynamic environment.\nHands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, including for R&D positions. \nAbility to influence and advise business leadership.\nStrong oral and written communication skills.\nFluent in English both in writing and speaking.\nFun, energetic, and approachable personality. \nGood understanding of the business environment.\nRelevant Bachelor’s
