One powerful shift in how work flows.\nAbout the Role:\nWe’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Product & R&D Operations team and help drive some of our most strategic and complex initiatives.\nYou will lead a high-visibility, cross-company program involving Product, R&D, Security, IT, Legal, and other business stakeholders. Your role will be to bring structure and clarity to the program, build and maintain the execution plan, manage dependencies and risks, and keep stakeholders aligned around shared milestones.\nAlongside this key program, you will lead additional projects and help improve operational processes across Product and R&D.\nYou don’t need to be a technical or security expert. We’re looking for someone who is curious, learns quickly, asks the right questions, and feels comfortable facilitating conversations between subject-matter experts.\nWhat You’ll Own:\nLead Complex Cross-Functional Programs: Build and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and decision-making processes.\n\nDrive Product & R&D Initiatives: Lead strategic projects involving Product, Engineering, and other business functions.\n\nCreate Structure and Momentum: Turn broad goals and complex requirements into clear workstreams, ownership, deliverables, and next steps.\n\nCoordinate Diverse Stakeholders: Bring together technical and non-technical teams, facilitate productive conversations, and ensure everyone remains aligned.\n\nTrack Risks and Dependencies: Proactively identify blockers and gaps, coordinate mitigation plans, and escalate issues when needed.\n\nProvide Clear Visibility: Deliver concise updates on progress, decisions, risks, and upcoming milestones to stakeholders and leadership.\n\nImprove Processes: Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, strengthen cross-team collaboration, and introduce scalable ways of working.\n\nUse AI to Support Execution: Apply AI tools to help create and maintain roadmaps, project plans, Gantt charts, status updates, meeting summaries, and workflow automations.\n\nDrive Follow-Through: Ensure that decisions and action items are documented, assigned, and completed.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring:\n4+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment.\nExperience leading projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders with different priorities.\n\nStrong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks.\n\nExcellent communication and facilitation skills.\n\nThe confidence to participate in technical conversations, ask clarifying questions, and translate discussions into actionable plans.\n\nA proactive and hands-on approach, with the ability to create structure when requirements are still evolving.\n\nStrong learning agility and curiosity, with an interest in understanding new products, technologies, and business areas.\n\nComfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities may change.\n\nExperience with project-management or R&D tools such as Linear, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.\n\nExperience using AI tools-or a strong interest in using them-to improve planning, communication, and execution.\n\nNice to have:\nExperience working closely with Product and R&D teams.\n\nExposure to complex organizational, operational, security, or compliance-related projects.\n\nExperience coordinating external partners, consultants, or vendors.\n\nExperience within Product Operations, R&D Operations, a PMO, or a similar cross-functional function.\n\nWhy join us?\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to:\nLead strategic, high-visibility initiatives across Product and R&D.\n\nWork closely with teams and leaders from across the organization.\n\nBring structure and momentum to projects that have meaningful company impact.\n\nHelp shape how strategic programs are managed across Product and R&D.\n\nIntroduce modern, AI-enabled approaches to project planning and execution.\n\nWhy You’ll Love It Here:\nGlobal, Not Isolated: You’ll work with a diverse team spanning the US, EMEA, and Israel.
