One powerful shift in how work flows.\nAbout the Role:\nWe're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who thinks AI-first, builds with modern tooling, and brings strong React/TypeScript front-end instincts alongside solid back-end capability.\nWhat You’ll Own:\nDesign and build full stack features end-to-end, from React/TypeScript front ends to APIs and back-end services.\nLead with an AI-first mindset - leveraging AI tooling (e.g. Claude, Cursor, LLM integrations) throughout the development lifecycle to improve speed, quality, and innovation.\nWrite clean, efficient, reusable code with a strong focus on performance and user experience.\nIdentify and drive improvements to development workflow, tooling, and processes - with an eye for where AI can accelerate delivery and quality.\nCollaboration & Communication\nWork closely with Engineering, Product, and Design to deliver high-quality products across the full stack.\nContribute to architectural decisions and help define standards for AI-assisted development across the team.\nWhat You’ll Bring:\n8+ years in software development, with meaningful full stack experience.\nStrong front-end skills in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript.\nBack-end proficiency - Node.js or similar; REST/GraphQL API design.\nDemonstrable experience using AI tools in your day-to-day development workflow.\nSolid CS fundamentals: data structures, design patterns, system design.\nProven ability to perform and deliver in a fast-paced, high-growth environment - comfortable managing shifting priorities, tight timelines, and evolving requirements without compromising on quality.\nNice to Have:\nExperience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) or building AI-powered features.\nFamiliarity with Micro Frontend architecture and module federation.\nExposure to Agile/Scrum and Azure DevOps.\nExperience with Jest or similar testing frameworks.\nWhy You’ll Love It Here:\nGlobal, Not Isolated: You’ll work with a diverse team spanning the US, EMEA, and Israel.
