Reduce receivables in the open balances and improve the payment behavior of our customers.\nKey Responsibilities:\nContact our external customers and follow-up all aged receivables via call, email and using the collections tool\nReduce payment cycle and to ensure the customers respect the payment terms agreed\nIssue reminders in accordance with ConvaTec policies and procedures\nWork with the Collections Team Lead to pro-actively manage customer accounts as required by the SLA’s\nRespond to general queries from customers regarding payments\nResearch and verify receipt of payments and investigate residuals (shortpayments or overpayment)\nNotify the Collections Team Lead regarding cash flow problems or unresponsive customers\nIdentify and process refund requests\nIdentify and process write-off requests\nNegotiate and implement payment arrangement plans for delinquent customers in accordance with the ConvaTec GOA\nPrepare trackers and assist with starting legal procedures\nReceive notification of customer bankruptcy, verify obtained information and alert the Collections Team Lead for further escalation;Properly document the outcome of any contact with the customer in the collections tool to ensure audit trail and customer relations\nParticipate in review calls as needed\nFlag and required updates ConvaTec policies and work instructions and send to the Collections Team Lead and the Global Process owner for approval\nSkills & Experience:\nExperience in Collections, preferably\nPractical knowledge of SAP, in transactions used by collections\nGood knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, graphs, formulas, etc.)\nKnowing Power BI is a plus\nSoft Skills:\nGood communication skills\nAutonomous, ready to take initiative and results oriented\nContinuous Improvement mind-set\nGood customer experience skills\nTeam player\nQualifications/Education:\nUniversity Degree preferred\nFinance qualification preferred\nLanguages\nEnglish: C1/C2\nItalian: C1/C2\nOther Language is a plus\nWorking Conditions\nHybrid work model: 1 day per week in the office.\nOur ambitions will bring the very best out in you.
