Working closely with Commercial Excellence, Sales, IT, and Global CoE teams, the CRM & Reporting Analyst contributes to the effective and compliant use of Microsoft Dynamics while supporting reporting, data management, and process improvement activities.\nKey Accountabilities & Responsibilities\nCRM System Support & Administration (Microsoft Dynamics)\nSupport the day-to-day administration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.\nAssist with maintaining CRM configurations, data structures, workflows, and user settings.\nSupport testing activities for system enhancements, updates, and releases.\nWork with IT and Global CRM teams to help resolve system issues and implement improvements.\nMonitor system performance and escalate issues when required.\nHelp maintain CRM documentation and process guidelines.\nCRM Data Quality & Governance\nSupport CRM data quality initiatives and follow established data governance standards.\nMonitor data completeness, accuracy, and consistency and identify areas for improvement.\nAssist with regular data quality reviews and cleansing activities.\nSupport reporting and analytics requirements by ensuring accurate CRM data.\nMaintain user guides, training materials, and process documentation.\nUser Management, Training & Support\nSupport user account administration, including provisioning, access requests, and role assignments.\nAct as a first point of contact for CRM user questions and basic system issues.\nWork closely with the CRM Service Desk to track and resolve incidents and enhancement requests.\nAssist with onboarding and training of new CRM users.\nSupport user adoption and change management activities related to CRM enhancements.\nStakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration\nCollaborate with Commercial Excellence, Sales, Marketing, and IT teams to support CRM-related activities.\nGather user feedback and business requirements for system improvements.\nAssist in coordinating communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.\nContribute to CRM standardization and process alignment initiatives.\nProjects & Continuous Improvement\nSupport global and regional CRM projects and enhancement initiatives.\nIdentify opportunities to improve user experience and streamline CRM processes.\nAssist with documenting business requirements, testing, and implementation activities.\nContribute ideas for improving CRM functionality, data quality, and user adoption.\nCompliance & Quality Assurance\nFollow company policies, data privacy requirements (including GDPR), and CRM procedures.\nSupport internal audits and compliance reviews related to CRM access and data quality.\nMaintain accurate records, documentation, and audit evidence where required.\nKey Stakeholders You Will Support\nCommercial Excellence & SFE Teams\nSales Representatives and Sales Managers\nBusiness Unit Stakeholders\nGlobal Sales & Marketing Centre of Excellence\nIT / CRM Service Desk\nCompliance and Data Privacy Teams\nSkills & Competencies\nTechnical / Functional\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM administration and configuration\nGood Excel skills; knowledge of Power Automate, Power BI, or VBA is an advantage\nBasic understanding of commercial processes and CRM systems\nExposure to CRM data management, user access/security roles, and system support activities\nAbility to follow established processes for documentation, testing, and system updates\nEagerness to learn new technologies and develop CRM expertise\nBehavioral\nStrong attention to detail and a sense of responsibility for assigned tasks\nProactive, organized, and solution-oriented approach\nAbility to collaborate effectively with business and IT colleagues\nClear communication skills and willingness to work with global teams\nPositive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment\nLanguages\nEnglish spoken and written\n\nPolish spoken and written\n\nWorking conditions\nHybrid working - 1 day per week in the office, driven by business requirements, as Convatec has a flexible approach to office working.\n\nOur ambitions will bring the very best out in you.
