In this role, you will monitor the organisation’s security posture, lead incident response activities, investigate cyber threats, and help ensure the resilience of critical business systems. You will partner closely with Security Operations Centres (SOC), Incident Response teams, and key stakeholders across the business to protect ConvaTec from evolving cyber threats.\nKey Responsibilities\nMonitor, assess and respond to cyber security incidents across enterprise environments\n\nLead incident investigations, root cause analysis and remediation activities\n\nDevelop and improve incident response plans, procedures and playbooks\n\nAssess and manage technical vulnerabilities and security risks.\n\nAnalyse and correlate threat intelligence from multiple sources\n\nMeasure and improve incident detection and response effectiveness\n\nSupport security testing, resilience assessments and post-incident reviews\n\nCollaborate with SOCs, CSIRTs and business stakeholders on incident management and reporting\n\nNOTE: Shift based. Working on weekends should be expected\nAbout You\nMin. 5 years of solid experience working in Cyber Security Operations Centre (SOC) environments\n\nHands-on expertise inincident response, threat detection and security monitoring\n\nStrong understanding of cyber threats, attack techniques and vulnerability management\n\nExperience working with operating systems, networks, cloud platforms and security tools\n\nStrong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills\n\nAbility to perform effectively in high-pressure incident response situations\n\nEducation/Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or equivalent experience\n\nRelevant cyber security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CySA+ or CASP+\n\nAt ConvaTec, you'll have the opportunity to work on impactful cyber security initiatives within a global organisation dedicated to improving the lives of patients worldwide.
