Continuous improvements should be the guiding principle. \nSupport handling of NC’s and CAPA’s related to the production. \nSecures that 5S standards are adhered to. \nTo ensure a safe work environment and ensure that quality standard (GMP, and GDP) for medical devices is followed.\n Authority (if applicable):\nPersonnel responsibility\nRecruitment of operators in cooperation per agreed staffing plan. In cooperation with personnel support manager.\nTime attendance approvals and overtime approvals.\nDisciplinary actions\nSkills & Experience:\nExperience from the production of medical devices \nExperience with managing employees in a production (desirable) \nExperience with Lean Six Sigma (desirable) \nExperience with planning (desirable) \nExperience with general KPIs, OEE \nExperience with continuous improvements (would be an advantage).\nFluent English\nQualifications/Education:\nAt least 5 years’ experience with people management in production environment. Medical device, pharma or life science industry experience is an advantage.\nWorking Conditions:\nJob requires onsite presence.
