You will evaluate inspection and test results for accuracy and precision, identify ongoing quality concerns, support the prevention of potential production issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves the use of a variety of measuring devices and testing equipment, as well as established inspection methods and procedures, to determine product conformity. You will also work with technical drawings, diagrams, specifications, inspection instructions, and quality documentation to support product acceptance and release decisions.Key Responsibilities\nPerform incoming inspection of self-produced goods.\nPerform incoming inspection of goods received from external suppliers.\nSupport the control and movement of goods between incoming inspection, warehouse, and finished goods locations.\nExecute and document OQ/PQ activities using statistical software (JMP).\nManage and support measurement equipment projects.\nIdentify, document, and follow up on quality deviations.\nSupport audit activities.\nEnsure traceability and accuracy of Quality Control documentation.\n Key Requirements\nExperience working within a Quality environment.\nExperience with OQ/PQ activities and related documentation.\nExperience using statistical software, preferably JMP.\nAbility to interpret technical drawings and specifications.\nStrong technical understanding and attention to detail.\nExperience maintaining accurate quality documentation.\nExperience working with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) and optical measurement systems within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.\nAbout You\nYou are detail-oriented and quality-focused.\nYou have strong documentation skills and a reliable, structured approach to your work.\nYou have a strong technical understanding and are comfortable working with technical drawings and specifications.\nYou are motivated to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.\nWork Location\nThis is a fully onsite role based at our manufacturing facility in Osted.\nReady to join us?\nAt Convatec, we’re pioneering trusted medical solutions to improve the lives we touch.
