Team Leadership & Fellow Management\nManage, mentor, and support a cohort of Fellows working across multiple schools.\nConduct regular check-ins, field visits, and performance reviews to ensure Fellows are meeting program goals.\nBuild Fellows’ capacity through coaching on classroom observation, data usage, and stakeholder engagement.\nEnsure high levels of motivation, accountability, and retention within the Fellow cohort.\n2. Program Implementation Oversight\nOversee on-ground execution of SwiftSchool and PAL Lab interventions across assigned districts.\nEnsure fidelity of program implementation and adherence to defined SOPs.\nIdentify implementation gaps and drive timely corrective actions.\n3. School & Stakeholder Management\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including school leadership, district officials, and local authorities.\nEnable Fellows to drive school-level buy-in and ensure sustained usage of AI-powered learning platforms.\nRepresent the organization in district-level meetings and reviews.\n4. Monitoring, Data & Reporting\nTrack program performance using data dashboards and field reports submitted by Fellows.\nAnalyze trends in student usage, learning outcomes, and engagement metrics.\nEnsure accurate and timely reporting to central teams for decision-making.\n5. Quality Assurance & Classroom Impact\nConduct periodic school visits to assess classroom practices, PAL Lab utilization, and student engagement.\nEnsure Fellows are effectively identifying student learning levels and supporting differentiated learning.\nDrive continuous improvement in program delivery based on field insights.\n6. Technology Enablement\nEnsure Fellows and schools effectively use platforms like PAL software and related digital tools.\nTroubleshoot escalations related to technology adoption and usage.\nPromote data-driven decision-making across the team.\n7. Documentation & Impact Storytelling\nGuide Fellows in documenting case studies, success stories, and best practices.\nConsolidate district-level impact narratives for internal and external stakeholders.\n8.
