You will own the arc of a client engagement end-to-end : understanding the business problem, shaping the solution, building it, and making sure it actually delivers value once it ships.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n1. Engineering & Delivery : \n\n- Build fullstack web applications using React/TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.\n\n- Design and implement APIs, database schemas, and frontend architectures.\n\n- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph, CrewAI, or OpenAI Agents SDK.\n\n- Debug and resolve issues across the full stack.\n\n- Write clean, tested, and well-documented code.\n\n2. Product Thinking : \n\n- Run discovery with clients to uncover underlying problems.\n\n- Scope work into shippable increments and communicate trade-offs.\n\n- Maintain a working roadmap and define success metrics.\n\n3.
